This Master's program is designed for students interested in pursuing careers in culture, particularly in heritage and museography. The first semester is shared with the Master's in Social and Cultural Anthropology, emphasizing the strong connection between museology and ethnology. This common foundation requires a solid understanding of social sciences. From the second semester onwards, the program focuses on practical skills for professions in heritage and museum studies. It also caters to professionals seeking further training or a career change, and is suitable for students who are still exploring their academic path, as it can lead to doctoral studies. Please note that for the 2024-2025 academic year, only first-year Master's (M1) admission is available due to a new program structure.
Curriculum
The program spans four semesters, with the first semester shared with the Master's in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Semesters 2-4 offer specialized training in Museology. Note: For 2024-2025, only M1 entry is available.
