1. Create an AccountRegister for an account on the HKU Taught Postgraduate Admission online system using your full name, a valid email address, and a username. If applying for multiple programs, create a new account for each.
2. Complete the Online Application FormFill in all the required sections of the online application form. Save your progress regularly. You can preview your application before submission.
3. Pay Application FeesSubmit your application and pay the non-refundable application fee. Once the fee is paid, your application details cannot be changed. You will receive an acknowledgement email with your application number.
4. Submit Supporting DocumentsUpload your supporting documents, including transcripts, diplomas, and certificates, via the admissions portal within two weeks after completing the application form and before the application deadline. Documents not in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
