IELTS and TOEFL tests must be taken within two years prior to September 1 of each admissions year. For qualifications from institutions where English is not the primary language of instruction or examination, proof of English proficiency is mandatory.
The tuition fee for the 1-Year Full-Time programme is HKD 250,000. For part-time study, the fee is HKD 125,000 per year. An application fee of HKD 600 (non-refundable) and caution money of HKD 350 are also required. Note that these fees are from a different program (Sustainability Leadership and Governance) and may not apply to MA TESOL. Please verify with the program directly.
You need a Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, English Language Education, or English Language and Literature. For English proficiency, you can submit TOEFL scores (iBT 94 with 25 in Writing, Paper-based 580 with 4.0 in TWE) or IELTS scores (7.0 overall with no sub-test lower than 6.5). These tests must have been taken within two years prior to September 1 of the admissions year.
