The Master of Business Management with a specialization in Advanced Project Management is designed to equip you with the skills to lead and manage complex projects effectively within a global business context. You will gain practical expertise across all phases of the project lifecycle, from fundamentals to advanced theories, enabling you to drive influential change and step into leadership roles. This program focuses on developing your ability to manage organizations, determine strategy, and implement decisions with a creative managerial approach, preparing you for senior management positions across various industries.
The course is structured in three parts: Core studies, Discipline studies (Advanced Project Management), and Application studies. Depending on your prior qualifications, you may receive credit for some parts. All students complete the Application studies component.
This degree expands your management credentials and prepares you for leadership roles. Graduates can pursue careers such as Business Manager, overseeing administrative, management, and finance objectives, or Project Manager, leading project planning, coordinating teams, and managing budgets and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
You may be able to apply for this degree with no formal qualifications if you have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
