
The Master of Management program is designed to fast-track your career in business, offering a curriculum similar to an MBA but tailored for a younger demographic. The program can be completed in 15 months full-time or two years part-time, and no prior work experience is required, making it accessible to graduates from any academic background. You will join a select cohort of approximately 50 students, fostering a close-knit learning environment. This program provides opportunities for real-world experience through collaborations with leading firms. You will work on current projects and help solve actual business and management challenges. Our corporate partners include major organisations like Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, and Virgin Mobile, as well as international companies such as Electrolux and L'Oreal, and national partners like Bluestar and DC Strategy. Partnerships also extend to non-profit organisations, offering diverse project opportunities.
You will complete six core units focusing on leadership, strategy, financial management, business tools, digital transformation, and the future of business. These units are designed to enhance your interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will undertake a capstone project where you'll tackle real-world business problems in collaboration with corporate partners, and complete elective units to fulfill course requirements.

This course is listed as 'Full-fee paying' which means no government contribution is provided and students pay the full cost of the course. Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) mean the Australian government subsidises part of the cost, and students pay a 'student contribution amount'.
