Entry requirements
Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years)From a recognised tertiary institution, including human biosciences, food, and nutrition taught within an evidence-based paradigm. Specific prerequisites include Chemistry (0.25 EFTSL) followed by Biochemistry (0.25 EFTSL), Human Biology (0.25 EFTSL) followed by Human Physiology (0.25 EFTSL), Nutrition Science (0.5 EFTSL), and Statistics (preferably biostatistics). Candidates must meet prerequisites detailed in the Supplementary Information Form.
IELTS Academic7.0 overall, with 7.0 in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking
TOEFL Internet-based94 overall, with 24 in Reading, 27 in Writing, 24 in Listening, and 23 in Speaking

Applicants must provide two referees' reports and submit a completed Supplementary Information Form with their application. Compulsory work-based placements (20 weeks/800 hours) require NSW Health's mandatory checks (police check, code of conduct, immunisation/vaccination) before commencing placement in NSW Health facilities.
