The Master of Science (Building Performance and Sustainability) program is a multidisciplinary course designed for graduates from various fields involved in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of buildings. Applicants whose first language is not English must meet the English language requirements. This can be waived if the applicant completed their degree entirely in English at an institution in an English-speaking country. IELTS/TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years from the test date and must be valid at the beginning of the application period.
The full programme fee is S$49,050 (inclusive of GST) for both full-time and part-time students. An Acceptance Fee of S$5,450 is payable upon acceptance and will be credited towards programme fees. Tuition is paid in instalments over semesters. A non-refundable application fee of S$109 applies. Miscellaneous Student Fees (MSF) are charged separately per semester. Programme fees do not cover textbooks, travel, or accommodation.
You need a bachelor's degree with honours in a relevant discipline, or a bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience. For English proficiency, an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 or a TOEFL (internet-based) score of 85 is required, unless your degree was taught entirely in English in an English-speaking country.
