The Master of Science in Business with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics offers a comprehensive graduate education focused on real estate. The MS program requires a minimum of 30 credits. Students can choose from four internal pathways: Core MS, Applied Real Estate Investment, Private Equity Investment, or Affordable and Sustainable Housing Development. These pathways guide course selection but do not appear on the transcript.

English proficiency test scores must be obtained within two years of the intended start term. A waiver may be requested if the applicant has completed a degree at an institution where English was the primary language of instruction. All undergraduate and master’s degree transcripts from outside the United States must be verified by WES at the individual class level.
Tuition remission is not available. Students may be eligible for a stipend and health insurance if they accept a graduate assistantship.
International applicants must submit official scores from TOEFL (100 iBT), PTE (73), or IELTS (7.5). Waivers may be available for applicants with degrees from institutions where English was the primary language of instruction.
