The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program at Lasell University is designed to cultivate effective leadership skills. You will learn best practices, organizational strategy, and the tools needed to become an innovator capable of impacting lives, complex work environments, and diverse organizations. The curriculum focuses on building effective teams, aligning stakeholder vision, employee training and development, business operations, communication strategies, and ethical considerations. The MS in Organizational Leadership program comprises 36 credits, including a capstone project and one elective.
