2. Complete the Chinese Application FormDownload the Chinese application form, fill it out accurately, and save it as a PDF.
3. Prepare Application DocumentsGather scanned copies of all required documents, including: completed English and Chinese application forms with passport-sized photos, graduation certificates, degree certificates, full academic transcripts (with GPA), passport, and identity card. Non-English documents require official English translations or notarization. For non-Singaporean qualifications, an academic document verification report from an NTU-designated agency is necessary. Two recommendation letters are required, with at least one from your university. Recommenders must send their letters directly from their work email to mme-c@ntu.edu.sg, mentioning your name and application number in the subject line. A CV is also required.
4. Submit Application MaterialsEmail all completed application forms and supporting documents to mme-c@ntu.edu.sg.
