Systems Biology offers a holistic approach to understanding the intricate interactions within biological systems, focusing on human health, medicine, and sustainable well-being in harmony with the environment. This interdisciplinary field integrates biology with computer science, engineering, mathematics, bioinformatics, and physics to model and predict the behavior of living systems. University Bachelor's DegreeCompleted university bachelor’s degree studies in medicine, medical technology (life sciences), bioinformatics, informatics engineering (informatics), applied mathematics, biostatistics (mathematical sciences), bioengineering (engineering sciences), or biotechnology (technological sciences). Approval from the Systems Biology study programme committee is required for other fields.

3. 3. Submit Application & Pay FeeApply online at apply.vu.lt. Pay the 100 EUR non-refundable application fee via Flywire. Submit all required documents before the application deadline.
4. 4. Application AssessmentYour application will be assessed within 30 calendar days. Acceptance or rejection notifications will be sent via the online system.
5. 5. Accept Offer & Pay TuitionIf accepted, confirm your offer within 7 working days. EU/EFTA citizens admitted to non-state-funded places must pay the annual tuition fee within 15 calendar days of the offer.
6. 6. Receive Final AcceptanceAfter tuition payment, you will receive a final acceptance letter. The International Relations Office will provide information on residence permits and mediation letters.
