A Pre-Master's program is available for both Research University students and students from Dutch Universities of Applied Sciences (hbo).
The statutory fee for EU/EEA students without a prior Dutch degree is €2,694 (for 2026-2027). Students who are not EU/EEA citizens may be eligible for the statutory fee if they meet specific nationality requirements for Dutch student finance and do not already hold a Dutch degree. Pre-Master's students pay a weighted fee per academic year per course, which is a proportional part of the statutory fee.
