This part-time, distance learning MSc programme is designed for pharmacists looking to advance their clinical skills and therapeutic knowledge while continuing in their current employment. Developed in consultation with practicing pharmacists and employers, the course focuses on achieving advanced competencies defined by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Core Advanced Pharmacist Curriculum. Curriculum

Entry requirements
Bachelor Degree in PharmacyA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a university recognised by Queen's University Belfast.
Applicants must be registered as a pharmacist with an appropriate regulatory organisation. For the Independent Prescribing option in Year 2 (for students in Great Britain), additional requirements apply including GPhC/PSNI registration, relevant patient-oriented experience, a designated prescribing practitioner supervisor, and an identified area of clinical practice.
