This Master of Science (MSc) programme focuses on managing people and organisations, equipping you with the latest academic insights into change and people management. Curriculum
The 12-month MSc programme consists of core courses, electives, and a master thesis project. Core courses are compulsory and are taken in the autumn semester. You can choose electives in the spring semester, with the option to take one elective from another MSc programme. Specialisation certificates are available in Human Resource Leadership or Organisational Development & Change if you complete two electives in one of these tracks.
