2. Submit Application DocumentsPost the completed online registration form along with the required documents to the Student Enrolment Centre. Required documents include certified copies of academic transcripts/results, a CV/Resume, a 2-3 page essay (personal statement outlining goals and how the program aligns), and any other supporting documents (e.g., English proficiency test scores).
3. Pay Registration FeeA registration fee is required. For postgraduate programs, the fee is RM 450. Payment can be made via crossed cheque, bank draft, or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payable to UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd.
4. Payment Confirmation (if applicable)If payment is made via TT, fax your full name and contact number to the Student Enrolment Centre for confirmation. Bank details for TT are provided for the Kuala Lumpur/Springhill Campus.
5. Await ResponseUCSI University will notify applicants upon receipt of documents and/or payment. A Letter of Acceptance will be issued within two weeks of processing for complete applications. Incomplete applications will receive notification regarding required materials.
