Applicants need Grade 10 or equivalent (Grade 12 graduation preferred), or mature student status. A minimum grade of C in English 10 or equivalent and Math 10 or equivalent is also required.

Graduates are prepared for entry-level administrative roles such as Office Clerk, Receptionist, Secretary, Office Manager, or Executive Assistant. The program also serves as a pathway into the Executive Assistant Diploma program.
