Philosophy BA (Hons)

At Oxford Brookes, the Philosophy BA (Hons) program encourages you to question deeply and think critically. You'll explore how philosophical traditions connect with contemporary issues, including AI, environmental ethics, justice, and identity. The curriculum encourages interdisciplinary thinking, drawing connections between diverse areas like Buddhist philosophy, ancient Greek thought, economics, and moral reasoning. Taught in small, supportive academic groups by research-active specialists, you will develop your ability to construct and articulate arguments from the outset. Curriculum
