This Master's programme offers in-depth knowledge of semiconductor photonics and nanotechnologies, enabling you to master the physics, fabrication, and characterization of organic and inorganic solid-state light sources, solar cells, sensors, and hybrid devices. You will gain hands-on experience in creating and applying light technologies in modern scientific laboratories, with courses delivered by world-leading scientists. The programme has a strong history of graduates successfully entering high-tech industries and pursuing PhD studies in Lithuania and internationally.

For non-EU/EFTA applicants, the gap between completing your Bachelor's degree and submitting your application should not exceed five years. Documents must be in English or Lithuanian, or be officially translated and verified. A motivation letter is required. Candidates meeting entry criteria will be invited for a remote motivational interview.
Tuition fees are for non-state-funded places. Applicants admitted to non-state-funded places must pay the annual tuition fee within 15 calendar days of receiving the study offer.
