Bermudian High School ApplicantsCompletion of high school. Exceptions may be made for very capable students to enter following their penultimate high school year.
Bermuda College Transfer ApplicantsStudents who have completed studies at Bermuda College may receive transfer credit. Include course descriptions with your application.
American Education System ApplicantsGrade 12 English, plus four additional Grade 12 or senior high school (college preparatory) level courses, with an overall average of B or better.
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma ApplicantsIB Diploma including IB English with an overall score of 24 or better. A score of 30 or higher grants 30 hours of university credit. Individual credit for IB certificate courses completed at the higher level with grades of 5, 6, or 7. Required courses for this program (IB Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (SL or HL) or Applications and Interpretations (SL or HL)) must be completed with a 4 or better. IB Physics is recommended.

Acadia University uses a flexible tuition model based on credit hours. For a full course load (11.1 to 18 credit hours per term), students pay a fixed tuition fee. For fewer courses (1-3 courses), tuition is charged per credit hour. Supplementary fees are mandatory and cover technology, athletic/health services, campus card access, campus renewal, and the Acadia Student Union. Health and dental insurance is also mandatory but can be opted out of with proof of alternative coverage. Tuition and fees are subject to annual review and expected to increase.
