Upon successful completion of the MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-registration), you will be eligible to apply for membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), allowing you to practice as a Registered Physiotherapist.

Entry requirements
Honours DegreeA 2:1 or 1st class award (or predicted) in the last five years from a degree in biological sciences, sports science/therapy, or a healthcare course with significant anatomy and physiology components.
IELTS (Academic)7.0 overall with no element below 6.5
GCSE English Language and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above (or equivalent) are required. Applicants without traditional GCSEs should contact admissions. Demonstrable work experience in physiotherapy, ideally within the NHS or hospital setting, is necessary and should be evidenced in a personal statement. An interview, potentially online, will assess your knowledge of the profession and suitability. All successful applicants must complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (at applicant's expense) and sign up for the DBS Update Service within 30 days of receiving their certificate. International applicants require equivalent overseas checks. A health declaration and occupational health clearance, including immunisations, are also required before commencing the programme. A 'Fitness to Practice' declaration will also be necessary.

How to apply
1. Application SubmissionSubmit your application for the course. You will need to include a personal statement that discusses your work experience in physiotherapy and demonstrates your understanding of the profession's scope and breadth.
