The Political Science Department at St. Francis Xavier University explores the dynamics of politics in all its forms, from elections and social movements to international conflict. We cover core concepts such as representation, justice, order, and development, with faculty specializing in areas like ethics, law, transitional justice, Canadian politics, and comparative politics. Students can engage with parliamentary simulations and data-building projects related to voting rights.
