Primary Teacher Education

This integrated five-year Master's degree program is designed to prepare future teachers for kindergarten and primary schools. It focuses on both the knowledge and disciplinary content required for teaching (the "what" to teach) and the pedagogical approaches and relationships with students (the "how" to teach). The program emphasizes a strong theoretical foundation combined with practical experience. It includes workshop activities for didactic design and simulation, and a significant internship component of 600 hours, starting from the second year and continuing through to the fifth year. Graduates will be qualified to teach in kindergartens and primary schools, eligible for inclusion in official rankings and for public competitions. The training aims to equip graduates with the skills to manage complex social dynamics, effectively integrate new technologies in the classroom, and design coherent educational paths.
