Project Office Activities

The Project Office at L. N. Gumilev Eurasian National University (ENU) serves as a central hub for coordinating, monitoring, and advancing all university-wide project initiatives. Its core mission is to foster a modern project management culture, enhance the effectiveness of strategic goals, and cultivate project management skills among both staff and students. The office ensures a structured approach to managing educational, scientific, and infrastructure projects. It achieves this by fostering collaboration between various departments and external partners, all aimed at realizing the university's overarching development objectives. Key activities include project planning and support from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and desired outcomes. It also provides methodological and analytical support, develops standards and training, monitors project progress through KPI analysis and risk management, integrates project-based learning into the curriculum, and leverages modern IT tools for process digitalization.
