Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management

This program focuses on the cost management aspects of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed within budget. The course is designed with a third-year work placement to provide practical experience and prepare you for the professional world. With shared modules in the first three years with other construction courses, you have the flexibility to explore related fields or even switch programs. The degree is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), allowing you to work towards chartered status.

Curriculum
