The International Centre for Financial Law & Governance (ICFG) at Erasmus School of Law, in collaboration with INSOLAD (Association of Insolvency Lawyers), offers a post-academic specialization programme 'Financial Economics for Insolvency Lawyers' (FEI). This programme is designed to provide insolvency lawyers and other interested professionals with a systematic understanding of the financial aspects of companies in financial distress. INSOLAD members are required to complete this programme successfully within four years of joining the association. While primarily aimed at INSOLAD members, professionals with a legal background working in relevant fields, such as the judiciary, financial supervision, and law enforcement agencies, are also welcome to apply and have previously attended.
The programme covers five intensive days focused on financial economics relevant to insolvency law. The schedule is detailed below.

The fee includes all educational materials, the final exam, lunches (days 1-4), refreshments, and a closing reception (day 5). VAT is not applicable.
