The Student Transformative Learning Record (STLR) at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) is a system designed to track and record the transformative learning experiences of students. It aims to empower students to become ethical, engaged citizens, employees, and leaders by documenting their growth across UCO's Central Six Tenets. STLR works by offering professional development for faculty and staff in transformative learning theory and assessment, partnering with them to enhance learning activities, and recording student progress on their STLR Snapshots. It also collaborates with UCO's Career Development Center to connect student growth with workforce needs.
Tuition and fees are charged per credit hour and vary based on course level and residency status. Additional fees may apply for specific courses or programs. International students also pay a semester International Student Maintenance Fee and are required to have Student Insurance.
