LivingEstimated cost of living per semester in Taipei: TWD 84,000 – 113,000 (USD 2,800 – 3,767). This estimate includes books, housing, and general living expenses. Tuition fees are separate.
An additional non-refundable application fee of USD 200 is required. Program fees are subject to change and refunds are subject to specific withdrawal timelines. For PRC students, an additional non-refundable application fee for the Taiwan Entry Permit may apply.

2. Application Fee PaymentPay the non-refundable application fee of USD 200 online via credit card.
3. Document UploadUpload required documents including: official transcripts, a Statement of Purpose (1 page), a recommendation letter, passport bio page, and a professional headshot. PRC students require a Student Enrollment Verification.
4. Research Faculty SelectionSelect up to three NTU faculty members from the provided list (in order of preference) with whom you wish to conduct research. If you have already secured a professor's permission, contact the program directly.
5. Receive Admission NoticeNTU will review your application and documents and send an acceptance or rejection notice.
6. Program Fee PaymentIf accepted, pay the program fee within 5 working days via bank wire or online credit card.
7. Confirm Admission and Upload DetailsAfter payment confirmation, complete admission information in the portal. Download your admission letter and update your flight details.
