Emigrants from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan applying as international students must have obtained foreign citizenship before April 30, 2016, and lived abroad for at least 2 years (9+ months per year) between April 30, 2016, and April 30, 2021. Applicants under 18 by Sept. 1st, 2021, need a Guardian Statement, with the guardian residing in Hefei and having stable living resources.
