Quantum Device Physics Laboratory: Small electronic devices
This program focuses on research and development within the Quantum Device Physics Laboratory, specifically targeting the creation of small electronic devices. The research spans theoretical calculations and experimental work with advanced materials like 2D materials, topological materials, semiconductors, and superconductors. The ultimate goal is to develop next-generation quantum devices that are smaller, faster, more sensitive, and energy-efficient, contributing to a sustainable society.
