The program is designed for full-time study over one year or part-time over two years, with learning organised in intensive block weeks. The Master of Arts pathway focuses on art therapy, art education, or theatre pedagogy within social and clinical settings. The Master of Fine Arts pathway emphasizes artistic research and interventions in public and institutional spaces. Central to the program is a project-based approach where you will explore a socially relevant issue from both artistic and scientific perspectives. Arts in Education Additional Teaching License

This program is designed for current teachers in Minnesota who hold a teaching license and wish to add an endorsement in Visual Arts, Dance, or Theater Arts to their existing credentials. It allows educators to expand their expertise and teaching areas within their schools. The program can be pursued as a standalone license or concurrently with a Master of Education (MEd) in Professional Studies in Arts in Education.

Arts Leadership + Entrepreneurship Certificate

The Certificate in Arts Leadership and Entrepreneurship (CALE) is designed for students pursuing creative careers. You have the option to extend your degree to four years and graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (Joint Honours) International, which includes a year abroad. An optional, competitive year-long INTRA work placement is also available in your third year, offering valuable real-world experience and enhancing your CV. The Department of Asian Societies, Cultures, and Languages (ASCL) at Dartmouth College promotes the study and understanding of Asia. Asian Studies

This program allows you to explore the rich cultural landscapes of Asia, focusing on its languages, history, cultural practices, and political systems. Asian Studies (Japan Studies)

The Asian Studies (Japan Studies) program offers a deep dive into the culture, history, and society of Japan. This bachelor's program is designed for students interested in understanding Japan from various academic perspectives. The curriculum provides a legal framework for the study program, outlining its organization, academic content, and examination requirements. As this program is taught entirely in Danish, prospective students must demonstrate proficiency in the Danish language. The university provides resources and information on how to meet these language qualifications. The curriculum itself is also available only in Danish.

Asian Studies and Management - Southeast and South Asia

This Bachelor of Arts program equips you with the professional, intercultural, and personal skills needed for a successful career in globally operating companies and organizations. Spanning three and a half years, the program focuses on developing expertise relevant to Southeast and South Asia. It is designed for full-time study and begins each winter and summer semester.

Asian Studies Major, B.A. – General Concentration

The Asian Studies major, with a General Concentration, is an interdisciplinary program within the Department of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies. This major allows students to explore a wide range of topics related to Asia, fostering global awareness valuable for careers in government, international business, journalism, law, teaching, and further graduate study in humanities and social sciences. The program is designed to provide a broad understanding of the diverse cultures and political structures across the continent, from Japan to the Arab world.

Asian Studies Minor

The Asian Studies Minor at Lindenwood University provides a secondary academic focus for students interested in deepening their knowledge of Asia, whether for professional or personal reasons. The program offers a broad exploration of Asian cultures, history, and languages, with a particular emphasis on China and India. This minor is designed to complement majors in fields such as international relations, history, and business by enhancing understanding of the global community. Students can choose from a diverse range of courses, including Mandarin language, Chinese culture and etiquette, the religions of India, world cinema, and the history of Asia. The minor is available in both on-campus and online formats, though the on-campus option may include some online courses for completion.
