Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English (e.g. TOEFL or equivalent), show extensive knowledge of and interest in at least one of Helmut Veith's research areas - formal methods and verification, logic in computer science, foundations of artificial intelligence, computer security or complexity theory - and commit to residing in Austria for the duration of the Master's studies. Two referees who can provide letters of recommendation must be named.
