Open to international students of all nationalities except Chinese citizens who hold a bachelor's degree, are under 35 years old at the time of application, and demonstrate Chinese proficiency at the new HSK level 5 or a comparable standard. Applicants must be in good health, submit notarised academic certificates, a study plan of 800 words or more, two recommendation letters, and (for art majors) a portfolio. All documents must be provided in Chinese or English, with notarised translations for any other language.
