Selected fellows receive full financial support, covering airfare, accommodation and event registration, to attend the Annual ITS WiE/YP Workshop & Research Forum in Paris, France, which runs over 3 days in late June 2026. The programme is organised into 3 streams that recognise different kinds of contribution: Social Media Ambassadors, who boost ITSS visibility through online outreach; First-Time Attendees, aimed at newcomers, women and minorities entering the ITS Forum; and a third stream for major contributors with strong records in ITS research, industry or academia. Beyond covered expenses, fellows are recognised as IEEE ITSS Ambassadors, help organise ITS activities, gain access to technical tours and networking with industry experts, and join the Young Reviewers Program reviewing ITS conference papers. Applicants submit a PDF proposal of up to 500 words on their project plus a short bio and statement of interest of up to 200 words. The application deadline is around 7 April 2026, with awards announced shortly after.
