The scholarship is offered through the Agence Marocaine de Coopération Internationale (AMCI); candidates usually apply through AMCI or the Moroccan embassy in their home country and must be placed at a Moroccan public institution.
Open to participants of all nationalities and backgrounds, including high-school students, college students, young professionals and community leaders who are interested in leadership, civic engagement and global change.
Open to citizens of IMF member countries aged 20 to 35 who have demonstrated experience in social activism, civil-society engagement, entrepreneurship, a start-up, or content creation, and who hold or are studying for a degree in international relations, development, communications, economics, or a related field. Applicants must have no current affiliation with a government institution and must not have been a fellow of the programme before.
