How to apply
Applying for the Medibank Student Success Grant involves a few key steps after you have decided on your course of study at RMIT University:
- Step 1: Choose Your Course — Select an eligible Vocational Education (VE), Associate Degree, Bachelor, or Master by coursework program at RMIT University. Ensure it is for the Semester 2, 2026 intake.
- Step 2: Apply to RMIT — Submit your application to study at RMIT University for your chosen eligible program.
- Step 3: Submit an Expression of Interest — Once you have received an offer to study at RMIT, submit an Expression of Interest specifically for the Medibank Student Success Grant. Ensure you accept your RMIT offer within the given deadline.
Eligibility
Offer LetterHold a valid offer letter to commence in any Vocational Education (VE), Associate Degree, Bachelor, or Master by coursework program (excluding Higher Degree by Research) in the Semester 2, 2026 intake.
Student StatusBe an international student holding a valid student visa or plan to apply for one prior to program commencement.
Existing RMIT StudentsNot be an existing RMIT student.
Other ScholarshipsShould not be a recipient of any other scholarship covering tuition fees (applicants currently receiving a scholarship loan may be considered).
This grant is available only to non-existing RMIT students. Successful applicants will be notified; unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted. The scholarships will be offered on a rolling basis until all 15 grants are awarded.
