- Achieve First Class Honours — Successfully complete your undergraduate degree at UEA or an accredited Academic Partner, graduating with a first-class honours degree.
- Automatic Scholarship Application — Provided you meet all eligibility criteria, the University of East Anglia will automatically apply the 30% tuition fee reduction to your student account. There is no separate application form for this scholarship.
Eligibility
Academic AchievementMust be graduating with a first-class honours degree from UEA or one of its accredited Academic Partners.
Study LevelMust be progressing to a postgraduate taught or postgraduate research course at UEA.
Funding StatusMust be self-funded. Students receiving full fee sponsorship from an outside body or government organization are not eligible. Government or educational loans that require repayment do not affect eligibility.
Course Start DateEligible for courses starting in September 2026 or January 2027.
Excluded CoursesThe following courses are not eligible: MBA, MSc Global Plant Health, MSc Plant Genetics and Crop Improvement, and any Pre-Masters, Integrated Masters, PG Certificate or PG Diploma programmes.
You cannot receive any other UEA scholarships in addition to this one. If you are eligible for another UEA scholarship of higher value, that scholarship will automatically replace this one. This scholarship does not apply to the Placement Fee for Master’s with a Placement Year courses.
