Entry requirements
Bachelor's degreeA qualifying Bachelor's degree (at least 6 semesters or equivalent) in Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Bioprocess Engineering, Brewing and Beverage Technology, or a comparable program. Minimum of 120 credits for a 6-semester Bachelor's, 150 for a 7-semester, or 180 for an 8-semester program at the time of application.
The language of instruction is German, and sufficient German language skills must be proven. Applicants with a non-German university entrance qualification for Master's programs, even from EU/EEA countries, must apply for a Preliminary Documentation (VPD) from uni-assist e.V. This process can take 6-8 weeks, so early application is advised.
