The Telfer MBA Management Consulting Project allows you to apply your newly acquired management skills and knowledge to solve a significant, real-world problem for a client organization. This hands-on experience is integral to the program, requiring you to dedicate approximately 12 hours per week for 16 weeks to your project. Working in a team of four or five students, you will contribute over 750 hours of consulting services. This project is designed to be a capstone experience, enabling you to integrate and apply all aspects of your MBA learning, from market research and data analysis to developing and executing business strategies. Your project will involve meaningful, multidisciplinary tasks essential to the partner organization's success, requiring thorough research and data analysis. Past project partners have included major multinational corporations such as Adobe, Audi, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as successful local organizations like Shopify and Algonquin College.
