The full-time MSc program comprises six compulsory modules (90 credits), two optional modules (30 credits), and a substantial independent research project (60 credits), totaling 180 credits. The program is designed to be completed within one academic year.

For the 2026/27 academic year, the international tuition fee is £32,000 for full-time study over one calendar year, or £16,000 for part-time study over two calendar years.
You normally need an upper second-class honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant science, mathematical, or engineering discipline. For English language proficiency, an IELTS score of 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in all components is required.
