This 10-week online course, "Project Work," is designed to provide a foundational understanding of project activities, enabling participants to create and implement their own projects. The course covers key areas such as startups, web portals, media communications, research, and education, offering a modern and interdisciplinary perspective on project management. Participants will learn about defining project goals, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and quality assurance. The curriculum also delves into planning quantitative metrics, risk management, configuration, knowledge management, and budgeting. A significant focus is placed on effective project presentation, including communicating goals, objectives, and project philosophy to external audiences.
