M2 Intellectual Property and Business Law in the Digital Age

The Master 2 (M2) in Intellectual Property and Business Law in the Digital Age (M2 PID@N) is designed to equip students with the legal expertise needed to navigate the evolving landscape of digital technologies. This program addresses both the theoretical challenges and practical aspects of contract law, litigation, and technology within industries undergoing digital transformation. The curriculum combines foundational business law with specialized courses in intellectual property and digital law. Students will gain interdisciplinary knowledge in areas like computer science and economics, with some courses delivered in English. The program allows for specialization in either intellectual property law or digital law through elective courses and personal projects. A significant component of the M2 PID@N is a mandatory internship of at least two months, often extending to six months, which allows students to apply their acquired skills in a professional setting. The program also emphasizes research skills through a year-long research mémoire, preparing students for potential doctoral studies.
