Mechatronic Devices and Systems, B.Sc.

This Bachelor of Science program in Mechatronic Devices and Systems is designed to equip students with the skills to design advanced mechatronic devices and tackle complex interdisciplinary challenges. You will gain practical knowledge in computer-aided design, microprocessor control, drive systems, and automation, with a focus on industrial manufacturing techniques, sensors, and opto-mechatronic systems. Mechatronics

The Mechatronics concentration within the Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology program focuses on advanced manufacturing systems. The primary goal is to further train highly qualified graduates to meet the diverse demands of mechatronic system development. The curriculum includes compulsory modules such as Sensors & Actuators, Mechatronic System Simulation, and Advanced Motion Control, offering in-depth understanding of mechatronic systems. Elective modules allow specialization in areas like robotics, automotive engineering, or microsystems technology, fostering application-oriented research and development. The program emphasizes an international and practical focus, with an integrated R&D project in the second and third semesters designed to familiarize students with international teamwork and project management.
