Keynes College Accommodation - University of Kent

Keynes College offers en-suite bedrooms in a convenient location on the University of Kent's Canterbury campus, just a short walk from the main amenities. It provides a comfortable and practical living environment for undergraduate students. The accommodation operates on a 31-week contract, meaning students are required to vacate during winter and spring vacation periods, though belongings can typically remain over the winter break. Students are responsible for their own departure during the spring vacation. Each room includes an en-suite bathroom and access to a shared kitchenette equipped with a fridge, sink, kettle, and microwave. The accommodation fee covers essential utilities such as gas, heating, electricity, and water, as well as WiFi and personal possessions insurance. A premium sports membership is also included. Residents benefit from the ResLife team, which organises events and activities to foster a sense of community, and there is a dedicated residents' lounge for studying and socialising.
