International Relations
The Master's degree programme in International Relations (REL) offers advanced preparation in political, legal, economic, historical, linguistic, and social disciplines. It focuses on developing skills to analyze, interpret, and manage international and transnational phenomena. The program aims to train professionals who can navigate the complexities of the global landscape and contribute to policy-making in international organizations, diplomacy, and multinational corporations. Students will gain analytical tools and theoretical knowledge to understand political systems, diplomatic and economic relations, and international policies.
The curriculum is structured around thematic in-depth studies. Specializations include Diplomacy and International Organizations, International Trade and European Integration, International Security and Regionalization Processes, and International Cooperation and Transnational Social Processes. Each specialization provides advanced knowledge in relevant legal, economic, political, and historical disciplines, tailored to specific global challenges and regional dynamics. The program also emphasizes acquiring advanced language skills, with a requirement to study at least two languages other than Italian, or undertaking an internship.
