Turkiye Scholarships — NAMA Foundation Joint Scholarship

Aimed at students and researchers from Indonesia, Tanzania, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Yemen, and Malaysia who want to pursue Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD study at universities in Turkey. Applicants must meet the minimum academic requirements of the main Turkiye Scholarships scheme (typically a high grade-point average appropriate to the level), be within the age limits set for each degree level, and apply within the official application window. The monthly award follows Turkiye Scholarships standards.

Open to creative practitioners worldwide of any age working in a field relevant to one of the 6 selected mentors for the cycle. There is no geographic, religious, or cultural restriction. Applicants must submit a project proposal whose central concept aligns with a chosen mentor's call, and must demonstrate critical thinking and creative ability. Selection is based solely on the quality of the proposal.

Government of Ireland, Department of Foreign Affairs (Ireland Fellows Programme)

Casement Fellowship in Human Rights

Open to Nigerian nationals currently residing in Nigeria who have at least two years of relevant professional work experience and hold a bachelor's degree (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent) awarded no earlier than 2014. Applicants must not already hold a master's degree or higher, must be applying for a new one-year master's beginning in 2026, and must demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals in Nigeria.

National Institute for International Education (NIIED), Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea

Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) – Graduate Programme

Open to non-Korean citizens (and their parents must also be non-Korean) under ~40 years old with the required degree for their level and a GPA above the threshold (often ~80% / 2.64+). Applicants apply through either a Korean embassy or a designated Korean university track.

Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Egyptian Government Scholarship

For international students — mainly from African, Arab, and Asian partner countries — who study at Egypt's public universities and institutes. Offered through the Ministry of Higher Education and Egypt's development-cooperation bodies; candidates usually apply through the Egyptian cultural/educational office or embassy in their home country.

Tsinghua University (sponsored by Siemens Ltd., China)

Siemens China Scholarship at Tsinghua University

International students who meet Tsinghua University's PhD admission requirements, hold a strong academic background in computer science, engineering or AI, apply to one of the approved Siemens research fields, and do not hold another major PhD scholarship at Tsinghua. Applicants should be willing to collaborate on industry-focused research with Siemens.

Maynooth University (ICARUS Climate Research Centre)

PhD Climate Research Scholarship at Maynooth University

Open to applicants holding a first-class or 2.1 honours undergraduate degree, or a relevant Master's degree, in meteorology, climate science, environmental science, statistics, geography, or a related field. Candidates need experience in computer programming and in handling large datasets, plus strong teamwork skills. Experience with climate datasets, knowledge of midlatitude meteorology, and media-communication experience are desirable. There is no nationality restriction.

Tempus Public Foundation (Hungarian Government)

Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship

Open to international students of Hungarian descent who reside in a diaspora community outside the European Union, Serbia, and the Zakarpatska Oblast region of Ukraine. Applicants must have Hungarian ancestry, apply for a bachelor's, master's, one-tier master's, doctoral, or non-degree program at a participating Hungarian university, and show commitment to studying in Hungary and reconnecting with their Hungarian roots.

United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP)

USEFP Fulbright Scholarship

Open to Pakistani citizens who hold at least a 4-year bachelor's (16 years of education) for master's study, or a bachelor's plus master's (18 years of education) for PhD study, from an accredited institution. Applicants must take the GRE General test and the Duolingo English Test. No work experience is required except MBA applicants, who need at least 2 years, and clinical-medicine study is excluded. Final figures and rules are set each cycle by USEFP.

Soochow University

Soochow University Chinese Government Scholarship

Open to non-Chinese citizens in good health with a valid passport. Master's applicants need a bachelor's degree with good grades and should preferably be under 35; doctoral applicants need a master's degree with strong academic results and should preferably be under 40. Applicants must not already hold another Chinese government or university scholarship.

Guangxi Medical University (GXMU)

Guangxi Medical University Chinese Government Scholarship

Open to non-Chinese citizens in good health who are not receiving another Chinese government scholarship. Master's applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and be no older than 35; doctoral applicants must hold a Master's degree and be no older than 40. Applicants must meet language requirements (HSK-5 or above unless their prior degree was taught in Chinese) and apply to a graduate medical program at GXMU.

Nanyang Technological University (NTU)

Nanyang Scholarship

For students with strong academic results and leadership qualities entering a full-time undergraduate programme at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), open to all nationalities. The scholarship is merit-based; applicants are typically shortlisted from their admission application and may attend interviews/selection activities.

Dieter Schumacher International PhD Scholarship

Open to international PhD students in economics, preferably from the global south, who are under 30 years old and whose doctoral research focuses on fiscal and monetary policy, labor markets, income distribution, or financial markets. Applicants must be enrolled in a PhD program and arrange a research stay of 12 to 24 months at a German university or research institute.

National University of Singapore

NUS International Undergraduate Scholarship

For international students with strong academic results entering a full-time undergraduate programme at the National University of Singapore (NUS). The scholarship is merit-based; most applicants are considered automatically on admission. It typically carries a bond (a service obligation to work in Singapore for a period after graduation).

Government of Hungary (Ministry of Agriculture) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)

FAO-Hungarian Government Scholarship

Open to nationals who are also residents of about 50 eligible developing and transition countries (including Bangladesh, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and others). Applicants need strong school results, English proficiency for the English-taught MSc, good health, and are preferably under 30. The award funds one of three named MSc programmes in agriculture, horticulture, or environmental engineering at partner Hungarian universities.

New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) – New Zealand Aid Programme

Manaaki New Zealand Scholarships

For citizens of eligible developing countries (Pacific, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean) who meet age, work-experience, and academic requirements, and who commit to returning home for at least 2 years after study. Applicants apply online and, for some countries, through local processes.

Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA)

Thailand International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP) Scholarships

Open to applicants from TIPP-eligible countries who are nominated by the National Focal Point for International Development Cooperation in their country. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree (or relevant professional experience), work in a field related to the intended course, have a good command of English (with a proficiency test where required), be under 50 years of age and be in good physical and mental health.

Aston Institute for Forensic Linguistics, Aston University

Aston Institute for Forensic Linguistics PhD Scholarships

Open to international and home PhD applicants who will enrol on a PhD programme at the Aston Institute for Forensic Linguistics. Candidates must show enthusiasm, diligence, and an organised approach, and have a research idea that aligns with the Institute's expertise, particularly the Centre for Forensic Text Analysis or the Centre for Language and Law. For the two directed PhDs, applicants must respond to one of the published research area outlines. Informal contact with a potential supervisor before applying is encouraged.

Carleton University (Centre for European Studies) & Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Canada

Konrad Adenauer Visiting Scholarship at Carleton University

Open to applicants of all nationalities who hold a doctoral (PhD) degree in Political Science, Law, Economics or a related field, have a research record in transatlantic relations, and can demonstrate university teaching experience. The award is aimed at established academics and post-doctoral researchers rather than degree-seeking students.

Ghent University Master Mind Scholarship

Open to incoming international master's students of all nationalities at Ghent University who hold a minimum CGPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 and can provide evidence of English language proficiency. A bank statement is not required for the visa application. The scholarship is funded by the Government of Flanders and is awarded to top international applicants enrolling in an English-taught master's programme.

University of Padua

University of Padua International Excellence Scholarship

Open to international students of all nationalities (excluding Italian citizens, except dual nationals) who hold a non-Italian qualification, do not reside in Italy at the time of application, and apply to one of the university's English-taught Bachelor's, Single-Cycle, or Master's programmes. No separate scholarship form is required; all admission applicants are considered automatically.

Asian Institute of Technology (AIT)

AIT Royal Thai Government Scholarships

Open to applicants of all nationalities holding a strong undergraduate (and, for doctoral study, master's) record, typically a minimum GPA of 3.5, with IELTS 6.0 or an AIT EET score of 6.0 or above. Master's and doctoral candidates apply to qualifying programmes at AIT's three schools.
