Open to young leaders aged 18 to 30 from all countries who are doing active, tangible work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and sustainable construction, urban resilience or responsible AI deployment. University of Warsaw Doctoral School Scholarships

Open to international students from all countries applying for a PhD place in one of the University of Warsaw's four doctoral schools. There are 325 doctoral positions across 26 scientific disciplines for the 2026/2027 cycle. Applications are submitted through the Internet Recruitment of Candidates (IRK) platform and assessed on the research proposal and scientific achievements; the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences uses written exams while the other schools conduct oral interviews. Open to nationals of low- and middle-income countries on the OECD DAC list of ODA recipients, with a special focus on applicants from Africa. Candidates must be accepted onto an eligible master's programme in a health, medical, or life-sciences field at the University of Edinburgh, hold or expect a first-class honours degree or equivalent, be domiciled in an eligible country, and submit a strong personal statement. Soongsil University System Software Lab Scholarship

Open to international students applying for a Master's or PhD position in the System Software Lab (SSLAB) within Soongsil University's Department of Computer Science in Seoul. Candidates who majored in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science are preferred, and applicants must have a CGPA above 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and an IELTS score of at least 6.0, which is required for the Korean visa and university admission. Strong programming skills in C (preferred) or C++, a solid grounding in calculus and linear algebra, and familiarity with Linux and the command line are expected. Shortlisted candidates are interviewed via video call in English.

Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU)

Ton Duc Thang University Graduate Scholarships

Open to international students worldwide applying for Master's, doctoral or postdoctoral study at TDTU in Ho Chi Minh City. Candidates are assessed on academic achievement and research potential. For English-taught Master's programmes the language requirement is around TOEIC 600, TOEFL iBT 50, IELTS 5.5 or PET/FCE 160 (certificates valid for two years), or proof of completing a prior degree taught in English; Vietnamese-taught programmes accept a slightly lower threshold. A statement of purpose (~500 words) and a reference letter from a Bachelor's thesis advisor are required.

Sabancı University

Open to applicants of all nationalities applying to Master's and PhD programmes (excluding professional degrees). Specific criteria vary by scholarship category. Most awards require no separate application and are granted on academic merit during the admission process; candidates should hold a relevant Bachelor's degree (for Master's entry) or Master's degree (for PhD entry) from a recognised institution.

Open to early-career post-doctoral researchers of any nationality and from all academic disciplines. Applicants must be in the final year of their PhD or no more than two years past PhD completion at the time of taking up the fellowship, be proficient in English, and meet the employment-eligibility conditions of the host Western Australian university. Fellows must reside at Forrest Hall in Perth for the full term and commit to mentoring Forrest Scholars, undertaking ambassadorial duties and providing leadership within Forrest Hall.

Chulalongkorn University

Chulalongkorn University Thai Government Scholarship

Open to international students who are not citizens of Thailand and come from countries in Asia, Africa, South America, and other developing nations, applying for Master's or PhD study at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok for the 2026/2027 academic year. Applicants must hold the appropriate prior degree (a Bachelor's for Master's study and a Master's for doctoral study) with a minimum GPA of 3.0, be under 35 years old, and be fluent in English; an English Proficiency Certificate may be submitted in place of an IELTS score.
