Open to international applicants of all nationalities for full-time Master's and PhD study at Universiti Brunei Darussalam. Master's applicants should hold a First Class Bachelor's degree, and PhD applicants a relevant Master's degree. A clear research proposal and proof of English proficiency are required, and there is no application fee.

National Tsing Hua University (NTHU)

National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) Scholarships in Taiwan

Open to international students who are non-Taiwanese nationals, in good physical and mental health, and applying to only one programme per cycle. Bachelor's applicants need a high-school diploma, Master's applicants a Bachelor's degree, and PhD applicants a Master's degree. Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) is normally required.

Rhodes Scholarship

For talented young people from around the world to undertake postgraduate study at the University of Oxford. Around 100 scholars are selected each year from more than 60 countries and constituencies; applications are made in your home country or constituency, each with its own age and eligibility rules.

National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA)

NITDA/Coursera Scholarship for Nigerian Citizens

Open to Nigerian citizens aged 18 or older who commit to completing all mandatory courses in their chosen certification programme. Applicants select one programme from Category A (IT Career Pathway) and one from Category B (Complementary Skills Pathway) and study one certification at a time during their funded Coursera access. No prior IT qualification is required, but applicants should be willing to dedicate the time needed to finish the certificates within the access period.

African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) Internship

Open to nationals of an Afreximbank member state who are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme at a recognised institution, ideally in economics, business administration, finance, accounting, social sciences, statistics, law, or a related field. Applicants must be aged 20 to 32 in the year of application and fluent in English or French with a working knowledge of the other; Arabic or Portuguese is an advantage.

SIIT Scholarships for International Graduate Students (Thammasat University)

Open to non-Thai international students applying for a Master's (M.Eng./M.Sc.) or Doctoral (Ph.D.) programme at SIIT in fields such as chemical, civil, computer, digital, electrical, industrial, and mechanical engineering, engineering management, and management technology. Applicants need strong English proficiency, two recommendation letters, good health and conduct, and must meet SIIT's graduate admission requirements for the 2026/2027 cycle.

University of Sydney

University of Sydney International Research Scholarship (USydIS)

For international students undertaking a postgraduate research degree (a master's by research or a PhD) at the University of Sydney. It covers tuition fees and a living-allowance stipend; applicants need a strong research background and a confirmed place and supervisor for their research project.

University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ)

UniSQ International PhD Stipend and Fee Research Scholarship

Open to international students of all nationalities (not Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents) who hold a Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours or equivalent and are eligible for full-time, on-campus enrolment in a PhD at the University of Southern Queensland. Applicants must begin or continue studies in the relevant cycle. An Industry Stream requires a compulsory 60-day internship plus a co-funded or industry-funded stipend top-up and a Letter of Support from the industry partner. Dedicated scholarships exist for women in STEMM and students with disabilities.

About Love Scholarship at Bennett College

Open to full-time students at Bennett College who are U.S. citizens enrolled in a creative or arts-related field (visual arts, media, performance, design, history, or communications). Applicants must demonstrate financial need (FAFSA required), along with artistic excellence and leadership potential. Both incoming freshmen and continuing students are eligible. The award is specific to Bennett College, a Historically Black College for women, and amounts are tailored to each recipient's need.

Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE)

Mexico Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Nationals (AMEXCID)

For foreign nationals from eligible countries applying for specialisation, master's, doctoral, or research/mobility programmes at participating Mexican institutions. Applicants need admission or acceptance from a Mexican institution and apply through the annual AMEXCID call, often via the Mexican embassy in their country.

Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA)

SEARCA MS and PhD Scholarships

Open to citizens of SEAMEO member countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam). Master's applicants need a bachelor's degree in agriculture, environment, rural development, or a related field; PhD applicants need a relevant master's degree. Applicants must meet the admission criteria of the chosen SEARCA partner university and submit a research topic aligned with SEARCA's priority thrusts.

Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

For experienced mid-career professionals from designated countries with a commitment to public service and leadership potential, an undergraduate degree, and at least ~5 years of professional experience. It is a non-degree program; applicants apply through the Fulbright Commission or U.S. Embassy in their home country.

Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, Harvard University

Harvard Radcliffe Institute Fellowship

Open to scientists, writers, scholars, public intellectuals and artists of all nationalities; applicants do not need to be affiliated with an academic institution, so independent scholars and artists may apply. For science, engineering and mathematics, applicants must have received their doctoral degree in the proposed field at least 2 years before the fellowship start date and have published at least 5 articles in refereed journals. Group applications of no more than 2 people are allowed if both meet the criteria. Former Harvard Radcliffe Fellows from 1999 to the present are ineligible.

Argonne National Laboratory

Maria Goeppert Mayer Fellowship at Argonne National Laboratory

Open to early-career scientists and engineers of all nationalities who hold a PhD awarded within the last three years at the time of application, or who will complete the PhD before the fellowship start date. Research interests must align with Argonne's mission areas. U.S. citizenship is required for national-security-related projects (Detection of Imaging Signatures).

Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung (RLS)

Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung (RLS) Scholarships

Open to international and German students with above-average academic achievement and a strong commitment to social, political, or civic engagement aligned with the foundation's values of justice, equity, and anti-discrimination. German-language proficiency of at least B2 is required at the time of application. International Master's students must reside in Germany for study at a state-recognised university and plan to return home after graduation; international PhD students must be accepted at a German university; Bachelor's applicants are limited to German and BAfoeG-eligible students via the Lux Like Studium track.

Open to professional journalists of all nationalities with several years of reporting experience and proficiency in spoken and written English. Applicants must be willing to spend the full 12-week residency at the Chicago Booth Hyde Park campus, audit three MBA-level courses, and participate in seminars and Stigler Center events.

University of Stuttgart

University of Stuttgart ENWAT Project PhD Scholarship in Environmental Engineering

Open only to international (non-German) applicants who hold a Master's degree (M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing. or equivalent) in civil engineering, environmental engineering, microbiology, water resources management or a related field. At the time of DAAD nomination the last degree must be within 6 years, the applicant must not have lived in Germany for more than 15 months, and proof of English proficiency is required.

U.S. Department of State (Fulbright U.S. Student Program)

Fulbright U.S. Open Study/Research Awards

Open only to U.S. citizens who hold a bachelor's degree before the grant start date. Eligible applicants include graduating seniors, recent graduates, master's and doctoral candidates, and early-career professionals. Applicants design their own graduate-level study or research project in one of more than 140 host countries and must meet that country's language and institutional requirements.

Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship Program

Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship

Open to applicants who hold a bachelor's or master's degree by the fellowship start date and have demonstrated interest in peace and security issues through coursework, graduate study, independent research, or public-interest activism. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, or non-U.S. citizens already residing in the United States with a valid work visa. Strong written and oral communication skills are required, and preference is given to people without prior public-interest or government experience in Washington, DC.
