The scholarship is merit-based and competitive; you apply for it after applying for admission to an eligible TU Delft master's, by the deadline (commonly 1 December).

Open to early-career researchers who are citizens of a low-, lower-middle-, or upper-middle-income country as defined by the World Bank, hold at least a postgraduate degree (MSc, preferably PhD or MD), and work in multiple sclerosis research. Applicants must secure a host supervisor at an institution outside their home country before applying. Women, indigenous researchers, and candidates from Small Island Developing States and Least Developed Countries are particularly encouraged.
