Advanced Ageing and Frailty Studies (P.Grad.Cert)

This Postgraduate Certificate program focuses on the biology of ageing and the clinical aspects of frailty. It aims to deepen your understanding of the physiological changes associated with ageing, how these can lead to frailty, and why older adults become more vulnerable to adverse health outcomes. This Master of Science (M.Sc.) program in Advanced Practice (Nursing) is designed for qualified and experienced nurses who aspire to become Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP). It provides a comprehensive education focused on key concepts such as person-centred care, autonomy, professional ethics, collaboration, and leadership. The program aims to equip nurses with the advanced knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to practice at the highest professional standards across various care settings. Students will be eligible to apply for registration as a Registered Nurse Prescriber (RNP) and, if already holding a Master's and working as an RNP, to register as an ANP with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

The Ancient and Medieval History and Culture program focuses on the period from approximately 2000 BC to 1500 AD. It examines how societies, political systems, religious practices, art, and architecture from these eras have shaped the modern world. You will explore diverse topics such as the evolution of government, the formation of Europe, ancient and medieval belief systems, legal developments, the impact of warfare, educational advancements, and changing societal views on gender. This interdisciplinary degree combines Classics, History, and Art History, encouraging you to think across traditional academic boundaries. Bachelor in Acting

This is a three-year, full-time, intensive Bachelor of Arts Honours degree designed for individuals seriously committed to pursuing a career as an actor. Developed in consultation with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), the program offers a practical, skills-based curriculum taught by leading theatre practitioners from Ireland and the UK. It also features workshops and projects led by visiting international directors, actors, playwrights, and producers. The curriculum covers acting technique, voice, movement, and singing, alongside dramaturgy and text analysis, delivered over six semesters.
