Open to international students of all nationalities applying to a Master's programme such as the MSc in Data Engineering, MSc in Data Science for Society & Business, or MSc in Supply Chain Management at Constructor University in Bremen, Germany. Applicants need a completed Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), an English transcript, a CV, two recommendation letters, and English proficiency of at least TOEFL 90, IELTS 6.5, or Duolingo 110. Awards are merit-based and decided as part of the admission review for the 2026/2027 intake.

Musser Fellowship in Entrepreneurial Studies

Open to graduate students of any nationality formally admitted to a campus-based graduate program at Penn State Great Valley. Fellows must be aspiring entrepreneurs aiming to start a business, lead a startup or take a leadership role in a fast-growing firm. They must enrol in and complete at least four graduate courses (12 credits) each semester, maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5, not be employed during the fellowship, accept the award within two weeks of notification, work with a mentor and take part in co-curricular projects and the annual scholarship event.

Toronto Metropolitan University (Bridging Divides Program)

Future Leaders Fellowship at Toronto Metropolitan University

Open to applicants of all nationalities who are either senior PhD candidates with a completed first draft of their dissertation, or postdoctoral scholars within five years of completing their PhD. Applicants must be affiliated with a recognised academic institution and have research interests at the intersection of migration and digital technologies, such as digital equity, civic technology, or smart infrastructure. The fellowship is a one-year research programme, not a degree.

Youth Challenge International (YCI) with Saint Mary's University

HerStart International Fellowship

Open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents who have a commitment to gender equality, sustainability and social impact, and who hold relevant skills in entrepreneurship, research, marketing or partnership development. Fellows must be available for a 3-month placement in Ghana, Tanzania or Uganda and are placed through Saint Mary's University and Youth Challenge International (YCI).

Sabanci University

Sabanci University Scholarships

Open to international students (and Turkish students who completed prior education outside Turkey) with a good academic record and fluency in English. No separate scholarship application is required; candidates are considered automatically when they apply to a Sabanci University programme.

Carlo Cattaneo University (LIUC)

PhD Scholarships at Carlo Cattaneo University (LIUC)

Open to candidates of all nationalities who hold, or expect to hold by 31 October 2026, a Master's degree in economics, finance, engineering management, communication, or public administration (or an internationally equivalent qualification) with a minimum final grade of 95/110 or equivalent. Other backgrounds may be considered where academic and professional experience aligns with the programme's research themes.

Africa Oxford Initiative (AfOx), University of Oxford

AfOx Visiting Fellowship Programme

Open to nationals of an African country who hold an advanced academic degree (e.g. a PhD or equivalent) and are currently affiliated with an African university or research institution. The 2026/2027 cycle focuses on forced migration studies, and researchers with lived experience of displacement (refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced persons, or those under temporary protection) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Open to domestic and international applicants of all nationalities who are eligible for full-time enrolment in a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) program (Research Masters or PhD) at the University of Adelaide and who meet the English language requirements. International candidates must hold and maintain international-student status throughout enrolment, and applicants must not hold equivalent funding exceeding 75% of the base stipend.

ANS Congressional Fellowship

Open to U.S. citizens only who have been ANS members for at least two years by the deadline and are not federal employees when the fellowship begins. Applicants must, by 1 January 2027, hold a PhD in a nuclear-related discipline with at least one year of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in engineering with at least three years of professional experience.

Holcim Building for Peace Scholarship for the One Young World Summit

Open to young leaders from any country who can show leadership and a commitment to affordable, sustainable housing or to supporting vulnerable communities and refugees. There is no degree requirement; selection is based on impact and ideas rather than academic study.

Mitacs Globalink Research Internship

Open to full-time senior undergraduate students (and some master's students) at accredited institutions who are citizens of an eligible Mitacs partner country, are at least 18 years old, have the required number of remaining semesters, and are available to complete a 12-week research internship in Canada under the supervision of a host professor.

University of Urbino Carlo Bo

University of Urbino Carlo Bo PhD Scholarships

Open to international and domestic applicants from all countries holding (or about to hold) a qualifying master's-level degree for PhD admission. Selection is based on academic merit and the quality of the research project proposal; all academic fields offered in the doctoral call are welcome.

Jinan University (JNU)

Jinan University China International Scholarships

Open to international students of all nationalities applying for Bachelor's, Master's or PhD programmes at Jinan University. Applicants must hold a high school diploma (for undergraduate study) or a Bachelor's degree (for Master's study), be between 18 and 25 years old, be in good physical and mental health and have no criminal record. Language requirements are HSK Level 5 (minimum 180 points) for Chinese-taught programmes, or IELTS 5.5+ / TOEFL 80+ for English-taught programmes.

UNESCO / Government of Poland (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań)

UNESCO/Poland Co-Sponsored Fellowships in Archaeology and Conservation

Open to nationals of the listed eligible developing countries who hold a bachelor's or master's degree in archaeology or conservation, are proficient in English, and are 40 years old or younger at the time of application. Candidates must be nominated through their National Commission for UNESCO.

East-West Center

Jefferson Fellowships

Open to working journalists at print, broadcast, or online news organisations in the United States or an eligible Asia-Pacific country/territory, with a minimum of 5 years of professional journalism experience and proficiency in English. Around 10 to 14 fellowships are awarded each year, with 8 to 10 reserved for Asia-Pacific journalists and 2 to 4 for qualified American journalists. Applications demonstrating clear relevance of the program theme to the applicant's area of coverage receive stronger consideration.

ICETEX (Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior)

Colombian Government Master's Scholarship (ICETEX)

Open to non-Colombian citizens of any nationality who hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, are under 50 years of age, are not currently residing in Colombia or married to a Colombian resident, and hold or are seeking admission to a Master's programme at a participating Colombian university. Spanish proficiency is encouraged but no IELTS is required. Applicants must apply to up to three Master's programmes at participating universities and demonstrate a strong academic record.

Unite Foundation Scholarship

Open to UK Home Fee Status students aged 25 or younger on 1 September 2026 who are starting or continuing their first undergraduate degree at a partner university main campus. Applicants must be care leavers, care-experienced, or estranged students who are applying for or receiving student finance, and must provide supporting documents from their local authority or student finance body. International and overseas fee-paying students, and students at franchise or satellite campuses, are not eligible.

Istanbul Technical University (ITU) AI and Data Science Applied Research Center, with Google DeepMind

ITU AI Google DeepMind Scholarship

Open to female students of any nationality who are admitted to an eligible M.Sc. programme at ITU for the upcoming Fall term and intend to focus their studies and thesis on Artificial Intelligence. Applicants outside Computer Engineering or Computer Science must have an AI research focus. A commitment to AI research and to joining the ITU AI research community is expected.

Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD)

AICD Not-for-Profit Scholarship

Open to Australian citizens or permanent residents aged 18 or over who are involved in a small to medium not-for-profit organisation with annual revenue under AUD 3 million. Applicants must not have previously completed the AICD's Foundations of Directorship, Company Directors Course or Boardroom Mastery, and must not be disqualified from serving as a director. Both AICD members and non-members may apply.

Koc University Master's and PhD Scholarships

Open to both international and domestic applicants seeking a Master's (MS, MBA, LLM) or PhD place at Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey. Admission and the merit scholarship are decided together: applicants must complete the online graduate application, demonstrate English proficiency, and submit the required exam scores (such as GRE and TOEFL) for their programme. Awards are based on academic achievement and merit rather than financial need, and the scholarship offer is sent with the admission letter from the relevant graduate school.

Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU - German Federal Environmental Foundation)

DBU PhD Scholarships (German Federal Environmental Foundation)

Open to PhD candidates of all nationalities with an above-average academic record and a research project linked to environmental protection or sustainability. Applicants must either be starting a doctorate at a German university or be within about one year of completing their qualifying degree, and German-language proficiency is needed because the application is submitted in German. Projects should have a clear environmental relevance, and an academic supervisor at a German institution is expected.

Vienna BioCenter (VBC)

Vienna International Postdoctoral Program (VIP2)

Open to researchers of all nationalities who hold a PhD in life sciences or a related field (physics, engineering, chemistry, computer science, mathematics) and have at least one first-author publication or a preprint on bioRxiv or arXiv. Applicants must satisfy the Marie Curie transnational mobility rule: they may not have resided or worked in Austria for more than 12 months in the three years before the call deadline.

Zhengzhou University

Zhengzhou University President Scholarships

Open to non-Chinese citizens in good health who hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) and apply for a doctoral programme. Doctoral applicants must normally be under 40 years of age, hold a strong Master's record, and meet a language condition: Chinese HSK 4 (score 210 or higher) or English at IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL iBT 80 or above, or a recognised proof of English-medium study. Applicants must comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China and the regulations of Zhengzhou University.

Open to researchers from NATO member states and from countries in the Partnership for Peace (PfP), Mediterranean Dialogue (MD) and Other Military Cooperation / Partners Across the Globe (OMC/PAG) frameworks. Strong English is essential; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
