Awards are merit-based and decided as part of the admission review for the 2026/2027 intake.

Open to graduate students of any nationality formally admitted to a campus-based graduate program at Penn State Great Valley. Fellows must be aspiring entrepreneurs aiming to start a business, lead a startup or take a leadership role in a fast-growing firm. They must enrol in and complete at least four graduate courses (12 credits) each semester, maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5, not be employed during the fellowship, accept the award within two weeks of notification, work with a mentor and take part in co-curricular projects and the annual scholarship event.
